Mahees Huron is a Nemean Lord Commander of the [[Legion III: Star Lions]] legion.<br>

Lord Commander Mahees leads 4th Battalion the "Astral Claws" the Legion's premier Void fighting and zone mortalis force. Old Iron arm was one of the first Nemean recruits to the Legion a child amongst one of the last bandit clans lurking on the fringe of the Pax Linnaeus he was apparently mistakenly added to the blood tithe but soon proved his worth, losing his arm in an early battle with Ork Pirates he kept fighting and indeed stepped up when his Lieutenant was slain and lead a successful counterattack which sent the xenos packing.

Moving quickly up the ranks he continued to gather scars at every step but each one was a story of victory, his grasp of multi dimensional conflicts and sheer aggression gave him an edge that few could counter.

He reserves special Ire for the Ork though, and engages them at every opportunity. He has a deep understanding of how they fight and how best to engage them that few can match but his choler can sometimes lead him in too deep, something the Battalion has begun to consider a mark of honour.

==4th Battalion==

The 4th bear blue as their colours and often add yellow jaws to their Astral lions to distinguish them, they are also incorrigible head hunters and many of their officers have grand skull collections, though particularly large Ork skulls are prized above most others. Arguably the most barbaric Battalion they are most often deployed against Xenos threats and aboard the Legion fleet where their skills can be best utilised away from fragile humans.
