What could have possibly caused the sudden tsunami of apologies and castellation notes to emerge from the offices of the most distinguished nobles of the Empire? Can it be coincidence that it happened in the days following the unexpected arrival of the one of the Emperors own sons?
If it was any other member of the family that had landed I would say that they were clearing their diaries and changing there plans to increase the possibility of drawing the eye of one of these magnificent titanic individuals.
But given it is the Imperial Black Sheep who has set foot on Terra then it is a far safer wager that the Lords of Terra are doing their very best to avoid falling under this particular Imperial Eye. For despite the Imperial Pardon it seems unwise to assume that the Gentleman Bandit will not ride again if the fancy takes him. Nobody wants to lose there most beautiful and beloved things, to have that which is closest to there heart taken from them and despoiled. So best keep these things out of eye and not risk losing them. Also some Nobles might worry he will steal there valuables......
