WHILST IMPERIAL FORCES WERE BATTLING THE ELDAR OF CRAFTWORLD MOR-RIOHI THROUGH THE SHEDIM RIFTS, THE WORLD OF ANARK ZETA WAS SEIZED AFTER THE DISCOVERY OF AN ELDAR PORTAL CONSTRUCTION.

THE ELDAR HAVE BROUGHT THE CRAFTWORLD TO RECLAIM THE PLANET AND THE MIGHT OF THE LEGION FLEETS IS REQUIRED TO BREACH THE ELDAR FLEET AND BRING AN END TO THIS XENOS MENACE.

TITAN LEGIONS ARE CURRENTLY STATIONED ON ANARK ZETA AND THEIR FATE IS NOT YET SEALED.

(GM Note - This Warzone includes 5 locations. The final 2 can both be done but not by the same player. The final two spaces are also strike teams meaning personal combat and also psychic potential should be prioritised considering the enemy. The eldar are fragile but utilise powerful xenos technology and psychic abilities to augment their combat. The Craftworld should be considered well fortified.)

I am sure the Mechanicum forces on the planet are still holding out somewhere, we need to break through the Xenos fleet as soon as possible to link up and support them. I would favour a close jump and surprise assault. We may not be able to outpace the Eldar ships in a straight race but we may catch them off guard with the scale and ferocity of our attack.

Their fleet is considerably larger than any single Expeditionary force. I would expect at least three will be needed to smash them aside swiftly? (GM Please tell me if thats bunkum )

The Eldar Blockade represents the Entirety of a Strong Naval Craftworlds capacity, thus presenting a tough nut to crack for a single Legion Fleet.

2 Expeditionary Fleets engaging would share the Strength making them face an equivalent 65% each.

3 Expeditionary Fleets would similarly be facing 43% Each.

So 2 Fleets stand excellent chances of Victory depending on stats, but perhaps not Annihilation in a turn.

So yes your assumptions are correct.

Excellent brothers, it is good to see some among my kin yet bear a spine!

A Frontal assault was one of my considered doctines against the Eldar, three fleets is the minimum we would require to make it work, striking together we can break for the planet and rescue to Titans before they are overwhelmed. With four fleets this should bring the requisite force to bear.

ALL LEGIONS PERFORMED ADMIRABLY IN DESTROYING THE XENOS BLOCKADE, CASUALTIES INFLICTED WERE COMPARABLE.

THE ANVILLUS GUARD WERE RELENTLESS IN IT'S PERSUIT OF FLEET REMNANTS BEFORE APPROACHING ANARK ZETA.
