THIS CLEARS THE WAY FOR AN UNIMPEDED ASSAULT ON GARO PROPER.

The space around Garo is now ours by might as well as by right. We now merely have to clear the Greenskins from the surface and this system will be under Imperial rule as it should be. I shall lead my forces down to attack their weirdboyz whose pitiful shamanistic abilities will be unable to stand against the psychic abilities of my legion. My Legion will conduct surgical assaults against the Mecha Generators. My scout fleet have identified key weaknesses which if targeted will cause widespread destruction with the minimum of effort. Then i shall lead the remainder of my fleet in a direct assault on the remaining generators. I anticipate a single engagement should be enough to cripple the greenskin powergrid.

THE LEGIONS LEAVE THE LITTERED SPACE AROUND GARO FOR THE PLANETS SURFACE, MAKING BREAKNECK PACE TO MAKE UP FOR THE VARIOUS ORBITAL ROADBLOCKS THROWN UP BY THE GREENSKINS.

THE STORM JAWS AND DEATHWALKERS HEAD FOR THE OPEN WYRDBOY PLAINS....EVEN FROM LOW ORBIT THE CLOUDS OF DUST MIXED WITH ENERGY DISCHARGES ARE CLEARLY VISIBLE.

THE BATTLE HERE WILL TEST THE SANITY OF THE MOST REASONED TACTICIAN, IRRESPONSIBLE SPEED AND MASS COMBINED WITH RECKLESS WARP MANIPULATION IS A DANGEROUS MIX.

YET BENDING THIS MAELSTROM TO HIS MIND IS EXACTLY WHAT ARISTARCHUS DOES. HE USES THE LORE WARDENS AS A CORAL TO THE GREENSKIN SPEEDERS BENDING THEM INTO EACH OTHER, RAVINES AND MOST IMPORTANTLY IN THE JAWS OF THE STORM.

THE STORM JAWS RELISH THIS OPEN HUNT ACROSS THE PLANES. THE COMBAT IS BRUTAL. BUT IT IS NOT LONG BEFORE LAST GREENSKIN ENGINE COUGHS AND SPLUTTERS AND DIES.

THE DEATHWALKERS HAVING GAINED SOME LIMITED UNDERSTANDING OF THE ORK ENERGY STRUCTURES SET OUT TO CAUSE A SERIES OF CRITICAL FAILURES IN THE PLASMA REACTORS CONTAINMENTS....NEVER ONE FOR SAFEGUARDS THE RESULT IS A CHAIN REACTION OF EXPLOSIONS THAT TEARS A SIZEABLE CHUNKS FROM THIS WORLD OF ROCK AND STEEL.

Though casualties were not light, the Deathwalkers still fight. You should have seen the sight my brothers as the greenskin constructions were explosively reduced to atoms. Surely it is a sign that our cause is just.

My red priests tell me the omens are good for an assault on the Giga-factories. Follow in my wake brothers, and mop up my leavings. The taletellers will speak of this day in story and rhyme until the suns go out.

We felt the destruction from the far side of the planet Hargan, a glorious victory indeed!

However I must insist that my legion take the attention of the greenskins to begin with so that your Deathwalkers and the Storm Jaws can crush them onto us. The Lore Wardens have the most troops standing at the moment and as such can absorb the xenos attack to begin with leaving the Imperium with more troops ready to fight in future battles.

With the bulk of our legions dealing with the Greenskins at the Giga Factories we can assault the core directly with a small team. Taking the lead on this assault sounds like a great use of your personal skills.
